One of the biggest advantages of the web is that we can immediately make new products from our suppliers available - even before our catalog goes to press. Plus, the website is not limited by space and we can list all of our products. What methods of payment do you accept on the Internet? We accept Visa, MasterCard and, American Express credit cards. Do you charge sales tax? We collect applicable sales tax in the state of Connecticut only. How do you ship? We ship UPS or USPS. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). Some items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, these orders normally take an additional 2 to 3 days. We are sorry but, at this time we are not accepting orders shipping to foreign addresses. Due to size and weight, some items may not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Wrap securely, using packing tape. You might want to insure the package prior to shipment since it is your property until it is accepted by our return department. 2. Call our customer service department at 1-800-443-4934 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. This number must appear on the outside of the box and on the original packing slip to be included in the box with the returned items. No returns will be accepted without this number. If returns are sent without an authorization, a $9.50 return fee will be charged. The merchandise must be in original condition to receive a refund. Refunds will be calculated at original purchase price less shipping and handling (and return fees as applicable). Refunds will be processed in the same manner the original ordered was purchased.
